EDLUS for business

LMT EDLUS for business is a solution providing employee registration and working time tracking in different sections (structural units, projects, workplaces). The system is especially suitable for companies in the area of production, catering, security and other.


Secure data processing

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Law and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Effective monitoring

If it is important to track the hours worked, just make the tracking process digital! You do not have to pay a visit to see who is working, as you will receive real-time data about all employees and visitors on the site.

Open-ended contract, quick implementation and training at no extra cost. Support and maintenance are included in the monthly subscription fee.


Information on employees

Employee profile:

  • Name and surname
  • Identity number
  • Employment agreement number or date of its signing
  • Position
  • Phone number
  • Empty field

Working time tracking:

  • Employee’s name and surname
  • Name of structural unit
  • Time when the employee arrived on the site
  • Time when the employee left the site
  • Total length of stay on the site

Employee registration and logging out

  • Registration and logging out using the NFC tag, smartphone or fingerprint reader
  • GeoFencing – registration and logging out location coordinate validation against the defined site territory (useful for open facilities)
  • Information whether the smartphone is located or not within the defined site territory upon registration
  • Manual employee registration and logging out – in both web browser and smartphone app

Construction sites and subcontractors

Register of construction sites:

  • Information on the site (name, address, etc.)
  • Structural units attracted to the site
  • Employees employed on the site (name, surname, structural unit)
  • Construction site fields – site territory marking (GeoFencing)


  • Real-time data on the employees on the site
  • Data export on the hours worked in various sections (by object, structural unit or specific employee)
  • Data export on all persons who are on the site at the time of data request

Access right

  • Granting of access right according to respective competencies, position and necessary functions


Automatic notifications on non-compliances and reminders, for example:

  • which employees stay on the site outside the working hours;
  • notifications on the devices offline.

To start using EDLUS for Business, we will enter into an open-ended contract on the use of services.

Activation of service

The system will be ready for use within 3 days from the date of signing the agreement.

Please note

  • Before using LMT services, please read the data processing information provided by LMT and the terms and conditions of the Agreement on EDLUS service, including the Personal data processing rules included in the Agreement. For the purposes of the Regulation the Controller of the data to be processed within the scope of the Service is the Client – a legal entity using the EDLUS service. Please read the data processing report provided by the respective Controller. The Controller shall be solely liable for the processing of data under its control and the exercise of the rights of persons related thereto. As the maintainer of the operation (availability) of the EDLUS service and the provider of functional opportunities LMT acts as the Processor within the scope of the Regulation, paying the greatest attention to the data processing issues. The Personal data processing rules included in the Agreement shall be considered as the Controller’s instructions to the Processor on how to process the personal data within the scope of EDLUS service.
