Consultation

Agreement

To start using EDLUS for Business, we will enter into an open-ended contract on the use of services.

Activation of service

The system will be ready for use within 3 days from the date of signing the agreement.

Please note

  • Before using LMT services, please read the data processing information provided by LMT and the terms and conditions of the Agreement on EDLUS service, including the Personal data processing rules included in the Agreement. For the purposes of the Regulation the Controller of the data to be processed within the scope of the Service is the Client – a legal entity using the EDLUS service. Please read the data processing report provided by the respective Controller. The Controller shall be solely liable for the processing of data under its control and the exercise of the rights of persons related thereto. As the maintainer of the operation (availability) of the EDLUS service and the provider of functional opportunities LMT acts as the Processor within the scope of the Regulation, paying the greatest attention to the data processing issues. The Personal data processing rules included in the Agreement shall be considered as the Controller’s instructions to the Processor on how to process the personal data within the scope of EDLUS service.
